Welcome to Devadsho. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Devadsho Egypt. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Devadsho. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Products & Custom Orders

2.1 Product Representation
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, materials, and dimensions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be perfectly accurate. All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in shade, wood grain, or finish due to the natural materials and artisanal nature of our craftsmanship.

2.2 Custom Orders
Any furniture piece manufactured to your specific measurements, colors, fabrics, or design preferences constitutes a "Custom Order." By placing a Custom Order:

  • You acknowledge that the product is being made uniquely for you.

  • A non-refundable deposit of [50-70]% is required to commence production. This deposit is strictly non-refundable once manufacturing has begun.

  • Custom Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances after production has started.

  • Estimated completion times are approximations only. Delays may occur due to material availability or production scheduling and do not entitle the customer to any compensation or cancellation.

2.3 Dimensions & Space Planning
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through doorways, staircases, hallways, elevators, and into the intended room. Devadsho is not responsible for items that do not fit. We strongly encourage you to take accurate measurements before ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed via payment receipt.

3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via [list your payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, credit/debit cards]. Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit must be received before any order enters production or is released for delivery.

3.3 Errors & Inaccuracies
Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing, product descriptions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders arising from such errors without prior notice, even after you have received an order confirmation.

4. Delivery & Inspection

4.1 Delivery
Delivery is available to [areas you cover, e.g., Greater Cairo, Alexandria, all governorates]. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be clearly communicated before order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Devadsho shall not be liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.2 Pre-Delivery Inspection
We offer a free "Inspection Before Acceptance" service at our warehouse/showroom. We strongly encourage all customers to utilize this service to personally examine and approve their items before delivery. This is the single best way to ensure your complete satisfaction.

4.3 Receipt of Delivery
Upon home delivery, you or an authorized representative (18 years or older) must be present to sign for and inspect the goods. By signing the delivery receipt, you confirm that the item has been received in good condition, with no visible damage. Any damage discovered after signing may not be eligible for a claim unless reported in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

5.1 Warranty
Devadsho provides a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the structural integrity of our furniture (wood frames, metal welds, core structures). This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or improper cleaning.

  • Fading, discoloration, or deterioration of upholstery fabrics or leather.

  • Commercial use of products intended for residential use.

  • Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized persons.

5.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Devadsho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchased from us shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, graphics, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Devadsho and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our site without our express written permission.

7. User Conduct & Communications

By using our website or contacting us via WhatsApp and email, you agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or abusive purpose. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior.
